At Fractal Computers, we prioritize making our services and website accessible to all individuals, including people with disabilities. Our goal is to ensure a seamless, independent, and dignified browsing and service experience for everyone. We invest significant resources into maintaining high accessibility standards, both digitally and at our physical location.

1. Website Accessibility (www.fractal.co.il)

Our website complies with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments for Service), 2013. We follow the Israeli Standard (IS 5568) for web content accessibility at Level AA, aligned with the international WCAG 2.1 guidelines. The website currently holds a maximum technical accessibility score.

Key features implemented:

• Keyboard Navigation: Full support for navigating the site via keyboard (Tab/Enter).

• Contrast & Text: High-contrast ratios for readability and text scaling up to 200% without breaking the layout.

• Screen Reader Support: Proper use of ARIA labels, alternative text (Alt-Text) for images, and standard heading hierarchies (H1-H6).

• Accessibility Widget: An on-site tool allows users to adjust contrast, highlight links, and stop animations.

2. Physical Office Accessibility

Our offices are located at 8a Masada St., Bnei Brak. Accessibility arrangements include:

• Parking: Underground parking with designated disabled spaces. Note: Parking entry is restricted to standard-height vehicles; it is not suitable for high-roof wheelchair-accessible vans.

• Access Routes: Accessible routes are available from the parking lot and main building entrance to our office via wide, accessible elevators.

• Restrooms: Accessible public restrooms are available on the ground floor of the building.

• Service Animals: Service and guide animals are welcome in our offices.
